T-Mobile Park, home of the Seattle Mariners was looking to create new options in the First Base Terrace Club to provide an alternative to single seats in favor of small group or social spaces for fans.

Solution:
Since T-Mobile Park has one of the larger seating capacities in the league, converting the First Base Terrace Clube with Terrace Club Loge Boxes and Terrace Club Tables provides the social atmosphere the club was looking for and that fans want. The space features DreamSeat’s newest innovation, the Ventilator along with our sleek and modern Banquette seating.
